DESCRIPTION:The Chicago Marathon is one of the largest events in Chicago.  
 It is expected to have 55\,000 runners and millions of spectators.     Loc
 al HAMs provide communications support for 20 medical aid stations along t
 he course and at the finish line.   Last year we had 150 ham radio vountee
 rs to support approximately 1600 medical professionals.    As a volunteer 
 you will have front row seats to one of the premier marathons in the world
 .
