The SUHFARS Membership application is a Google Form that you link to and fill out online. After the form is completed and you click SUBMIT, it will be sent to the Membership officer.

Pay your dues via the PayPal or Zelle.  In both cases, send the money to treasurer@suhfars.org.  For PayPal mark the payment as “friends and family” so we are not charged a transaction fee.
